In the Matter of the Several Estates and Trusts arising under the Will of the later Mr John Marshall deceased” the Great Tithes were then commuted “The Great Tithes of All Saints Wandsworth in the County of Surrey – which on the 12th day of October 1841 were commuted for the sum of £525 by kind permission of the trustees of John Marshall’s Charity.
