OLBC were engaged to breath new life into this very substantial home with stunning views of the All England Tennis Club including modernising, extending and adding a massive basement with a swimming pool. This included a highly energy efficient solar thermal collector system to reduce the ongoing carbon footprint of this magnificent family home.
Marryat road is named after Captain Marryat who owned the lands on which the Wimbledon House Estate is built in the early 1900’s. You can read more about the history of the Wimbledon House Estate and its relationship with Hamptons Estate Agents here.
