With Architects and Designers increasingly shying away from basement conversion packages due to Professional Indemnity costs, we are very happy to take on these design roles on a Design and Build basis or simply as consultants. We carry one million pounds of basement specific Pl cover and can readily obtain project specific higher covers: if needed.

Construction realisation packages

OLBC also offer a comprehensive range of construction consultancy services for interior designers, architects and other specialists realising major renovation projects.

We can take early stage concepts and flesh them out into cost effective and buildable solutions often with the concept originator onboard or novate to provide guidance and ensure that the core design concepts are respected.
