OLBC’s Special Projects Division was initially create to look after the needs of our existing client base.

We value our working relationship with our established clients. Given that we already understand our client’s buildings often complex needs it makes sense to retain OLBC to carry out alterations and upgrades to those and other premises in a completely turn-key manner.

We are also able to offer a high level of after care for these, often very demanding, projects.

OLBC can either work with consultants or through our own deign office through to execution.

Above all OLBC Special Projects allows our existing clients to draw on the wide range of expertise, specialist trades and skills that OLBC is renowned for.

OLBc have worked on some of the finest homes in the country. The majority of our Special Projects are covered by Non Disclosure Agreements: you can be assured of our discretion.
